Why Five Diamonds Benefits

Five Diamonds Benefits was created by founder Bret Haggy after more than 30 years in the employee benefits world. Over his career, Bret worked with three insurance brokerages and began noticing a troubling trend: small to mid-sized employers were often overlooked. Considered “too small” to generate significant revenue, these businesses were frequently denied personal service—or even sold off to out-of-state firms.

Bret believed there was a better way. At Five Diamonds Benefits, our focus is on business owners and lean administrative teams working hard to manage benefits—the second or third highest cost to most employers. Our mission is simple: to provide the expertise, personal attention, and service these businesses deserve.
